User Account :

During registration, a user must provide accurate personal information to complete the process. Once the account registration is finished, KYC verification and Security PIN setup must be completed. If it is proven that false information has been used in any account, it will be suspended from our system after proper verification.

Membership Plan :

Upon registration, every user is assigned the Free Member role for "Self-Jobs" and will enjoy the features designated for the Free Plan. If a user wishes to access more advanced features beyond the Free Plan, they must purchase a Membership Plan according to their required features. Let's know About Membership Plans :

1. Subscription Payment: When subscribing to a membership plan, the required funds will be deducted from the user’s Main Balance.
2. Hold Balance Mechanism: Once a membership plan is purchased, the designated plan funds will be transferred from the Main Balance to the Hold Balance. After the plan's validity period ends, the funds in the Hold Balance will be credited back to the Main Balance.
3. Feature Updates: All features included under any membership plan are subject to change at any time by the Administrator.

Plan Cancellation Policy

Users can easily cancel their membership plan. However, a cancellation request can only be submitted if the user intends to migrate from their current membership plan to a higher plan (upgrade).

• Required Balance : The user's profile must have a balance equivalent to the price of the next (upgraded) plan.
• Processing Time : Once submitted, the plan will be canceled according to the schedule, exactly 3 days after the request.
• Insufficient Balance & Penalty : If a cancellation request is made without the required balance for the next plan, the request will be rejected. Additionally, a $1 penalty will be deducted from the user’s profile.
• Eligibility : Cancellation requests are strictly limited to those intending to upgrade their membership plan.
